RhWeb-Lite is a desktop software for personnel and candidate evaluation using psychometric tests. It is compatible with any Windows operating system and has the most commonly used tests from Latin America, such as Cleaver, Terman, 16PF, IPV, Zavic, Allport and many others (12 in total). Reports can be easily exported to MS Word or PDF format. It is possible to define position profiles to compare the candidate's scores with the ideal one. It also allows for different methods of searching candidates from your database, as well as the ability to register comments from the candidate. RhWeb-Lite is the reduced version of RhWeb and is a new product.
